Bio/Research
Cherie Ding received her BSc. and MSc. degrees from Nanjing University and PhD degree from the National University of Singapore. She joined the Department of Computer Science at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2003, where she holds the rank of professor.
Ding's research interests are in the areas of service computing, data analytic services in the cloud, recommender systems, social network analysis and Quality of Services. Currently, the primary focus of her work is on cloud-based service selection and recommendation and behaviour analytics for social networks.
