Christopher Smyth, MBA, is an Assistant Professor with Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Graphic Communications Management. He is active with leading industry organizations, including the Idealliance, as well as a member of Canada’s TC 130 group for development of ISO standards. He has an extensive background in commercial and retail communications, as well as magazine printing and publishing. His focus is on automation and process improvement, content management, as well as standards and specifications.
