Bio/Research

Henry Warwick comes to Toronto Metropolitan University from a long career in software and graphic design, having worked with cutting-edge technology teams at Apple (Final Cut Pro), Napster, and goFish, designed type for fontBank and type development for Microsoft, and graphic design for countless clients. In addition, he has maintained an active electronic music practice since 1986, and all his artwork is freely downloadable at his website: kether.com. He also keeps a blog of contemporary ideas and issues at misterwarwick.wordpress.com. Warwick has previous teaching appointments at A.I.I. of California in San Francisco and New Jersey City University in Jersey City, NJ.

Education: BFA, 1981, Rutgers University (MGSA), visual systems studies (a major of his invention) MFA, 2004, Goddard College, Vermont, Interdisciplinary Art PhD, European Graduate School, Culture and Communication.
