Bio/Research
My research interests are in human rights and education practice particularly with regard to disability rights and inclusive education. As a postdoctoral fellow at the Faculty of Education, York University, and as a faculty member in the School of Early Childhood Studies, my research projects have spanned work in family-school relationships, special education policy, and early childhood education and care policy, in both Canada and internationally. I have been involved with over 20 research projects, with funding from government, the not-for-profit sector, and private foundations.
