Bio/Research
Dr. Li’s research focuses on a critical intersection in international business, the managerial micro-foundations of multinational enterprise (MNE) subsidiary control, coordination and organizational evolution. Prior to joining TRSM, he was a tenure-track Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in International Business & Strategy at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, and a part-time Assistant Professor in International Business at the Ivey Business School, Western University. He received his PhD from the Ivey Business School and MBA from the Vlerick Business School. Dr. Li has accumulated substantial industry and management experience. He has co-founded an import and export trading company and has worked in several large MNEs as a subsidiary GM.
