Dr. Kolios is examining the potential of using high frequency ultrasound imaging (20-60MHz) for the detection of cell death. He is also investigating the use of acoustic cameras to monitor treated tissue non-invasively. He aims to bring new ultrasound innovations to global hospitals and clinics in collaboration with health care research institutes.
