As Prinicipal Investigator (PI) at Toronto Metropolitan University's Complex Fluids and Advanced Functional Materials Laboratory, Dr. Philip Chan's research is ongoing in the mathematical modelling and computer simulation of complex fluids and advanced materials such as liquid crystals and polymers. The lab is equipped with personal computers serving as terminals for access to high-speed workstations and state-of-the-art advanced research computing systems for high-performance computation and data storage.
